We stand behind the quality of our study maps. If something is not right, we want to make it right. Our refund policy respects the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
Brazilian Customers
Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Codigo de Defesa do Consumidor, Lei 8.078/1990, Art. 49), you have a 7-day unconditional withdrawal right from the date of purchase for any product bought online.
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any reason.
- No justification is required.
- Full purchase amount will be refunded, including any taxes paid.
EU and UK Customers
Our products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16(m)) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by completing your purchase and consenting to immediate delivery at checkout, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content becomes available for download.
However, if you receive a defective product (corrupt file, incorrect content, rendering issues), you are always entitled to a replacement or full refund, regardless of the withdrawal waiver.
All Customers — Defective Products
No matter where you are located, if you receive a product that is defective, we will make it right:
- Corrupt or unopenable PDF files — replaced or refunded.
- Wrong content delivered (e.g., received maps for the wrong exam) — replaced with the correct product or refunded.
- Significant content errors that make the product unfit for study — replaced with a corrected version or refunded.
Report defective products within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@studymaps.work with your order number (found in your Paddle receipt email).
- Briefly describe the issue (or simply state you wish to exercise your withdrawal right, if applicable).
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
- All refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
